Means the future digital record associated with an artwork through the 1of.autos platform.
4. Eligibility
By using Aurous Art services, you confirm that:

8. Vehicle Images and References

9. Intellectual Property

10. Artwork Ownership
Upon full payment, the customer receives ownership of the physical artwork.

11. Copyright & Reproduction
Unless explicitly transferred in writing:
Aurous Art retains copyright over the artwork design and creative work.
Customers may display the artwork for personal use.
Customers may not reproduce, copy, commercialize or distribute the artwork without written permission.
12. Artwork Authentication
Each eligible artwork may include:
- Artwork Serial Number
- Authenticity Plate
- Certificate of Authenticity
- Digital Heritage preparation
Authentication information exists to support provenance and collector confidence.
13. Certificate of Authenticity
Certificates provided by Aurous Art document the artwork’s creation and authenticity.
Certificates do not represent:
- Vehicle ownership
- Vehicle registration
- Legal title to a vehicle
They authenticate the artwork itself.
14. Digital Heritage Platform
The 1of.autos platform is designed to provide future digital heritage services.
Potential future features may include:
- Artwork verification
- Digital records
- Ownership history
- Collector profiles
- Dealer registration
- Heritage archives
Availability of future features is not guaranteed unless officially released.
15. QR Codes and Digital Links
QR codes associated with artworks are intended to provide access to authentication or heritage information.
Aurous Art does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of digital services at all times.
